UPPERCRUST does the same Started by a husband and wife duo Maneck Contractor and his German-Indian wife Yellow, this eatery, has been the talk of the town around Goa for a long time. The two have put their hearts into the place. The ambience is haunting, with candle-lit tables and soft music playing in the background.
