He is the face of the hotel, having been with it almost since its opening. Besides his duties as Executive Chef, he nurtures the award-winning coastal cuisine restaurant, Karavalli, with a passion that is undiminished by the years 

He is best known as the ‘style chef’, for who else can rock the kitchen in a ponytail and with such flair as Chef Shailendra. And of course, for the food stylist he is, who creates, plates and presents his food enticingly  

With boyish looks that defy his age and culinary expertise like his, the talented, multi-tasking chef has been at it for 20 years with several achievements to his name. And there’s no stopping him anytime soon
