CHILLI PANEER
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of ginger
- 5 pods of garlic
- 2 Kashmiri mirchi
- 250 gm paneer
- 1 midium size of green capsicum
- 2 Tomatoes medium size
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
- 50 gm green garlic
Method:
Chop Onion, garlic, ginger, capsicum, tomatoes and grind the same with the kashmiri mirchi and half cup of water.
The paste is ready.
Heat olive oil in a pan and the put the paste with half spoon of ajinomoto and heat it for half an hour.
Then add the paneer and saute it for 5 minutes.
Add chopped Green garlic and chilli paneer is ready.
