CHI-CHI
Ingredients:
60 ml vodka
2 tbsp cream of coconut
1 cup pineapple juice
pineapple wedge
Method:
Mix all ingredients, except pineapple wedge, with ice in a blender.
Pour into a highball glass.
Garnish with pineapple wedge.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
Long Island Iced Tea contains no tea. Within its innocence it packs in quite a wallop. A superior Long Island Iced Tea contains equal parts of gin, vodka, rum, triple sec and tequila, all white drinks, and is topped with Pepsi or Coca-Cola. The combination of the five kinds of alcohol makes a heady cocktail. A bartender by the name of Robert Butt has been credited with creating the cocktail in the 1970s at the Oak Beach Inn in Hampton Bays, Long Island. The other, more interesting story, is that the drink was invented by bored Long Island housewives who added a little of everything in their bar cabinet so their husbands would not find out they had been drinking.
Ingredients:
15 ml light rum, 15 ml vodka, 15 ml gin, 15 ml tequila,
15 ml Cointreau or triple sec, juice of 1 lemon,
Coca-Cola, lemon wedge
Method:
Fill a highball glass half with crushed ice.
Add rum, vodka, gin, tequila, Cointreau or triple sec and lemon juice.
Stir to mix the ingredients well and top the glass with cola. Garnish with lemon wedge.

CUBA LIBRE
Ingredients:
60 ml light or dark rum (the best Cuba Libre is made with dark rum)
Coca-Cola
lemon wedge
Method:
Half-fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Add rum.
Fill with cola. Stir gently.
Squeeze lemon wedge over drink and drop into the glass.

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
1 sugar cube
several dashes of Angostura bitters
1 glass champagne, cold
1 strawberry (optional)
Method:
Put sugar cube in a chilled
champagne flute.
Saturate it with bitters.
Fill with cold champagne.
Stir gently without losing the fizz.
Add a strawberry as garnish.

SOUTHWEST ONE
Ingredients:
25 ml Campari
25 ml vodka
1½ tbsp lime juice
7 ml sugar syrup
7 ml grenadine
Method:
Shake all ingredients except grenadine with ice.
Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass and top with grenadine.

DAIQUIRI
Ingredients:
60 ml light rum
juice of ½ a lemon
½ tsp sugar
lemon slice
Method:
Mix all ingredients, except lemon slice, with ice in a shaker or blender.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add lemon slice.

MEXICOLA
Ingredients:
45 ml tequila
Coca-Cola
lemon slice
Method:
Pour tequila over ice cubes in a highball glass.
Follow with cola.
Squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice. Stir.
Drop in the lemon slice.

HARVEY WALLBANGER
Ingredients:
45 ml vodka
30 ml Galliano
120 ml orange juice
orange peel
Method:
Pour vodka, Galliano and orange
juice into a wine glass with several
ice cubes. Stir well.
Top with a little extra Galliano.
Garnish with orange peel.

BLUE LAGOON FENI
Ingredients:
60 ml cashew feni
30 ml blue curaçao
juice of 1 lemon
club soda
Maraschino cherry
Method:
Pour all ingredients, except club soda and cherry, into a highball glass.
Add ice cubes and club soda to taste. Stir gently.
Garnish with cherry.

SCREWDRIVER
Ingredients:
60 ml vodka
freshly squeezed juice of 1 large orange
Method:
Shake vodka and orange juice well with ice cubes. Or pour into a blender and blend with ice at high speed for five seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
