Watermelon Shots
Ingredients:
1/3 btl Smirnoff vanilla vodka; 1/2 a watermelon; sugar syrup or powdered sugar to taste
Method:
Scoop out the watermelon from the shell, de-seed and chop into small bits. Wash out the watermelon shell with boiling water to kill any yeast or bacteria and then rinse in iced water. Mix the prepared watermelon bits with the vodka and sugar and adjust to taste. Keep to chill. Fill the watermelon shell with crushed ice. Pour spiked and chilled watermelon into shot glasses and sit them in the shell filled with crushed ice

Summer Time
Ingredients:
Pulp of 1 tardgula; 60 ml lichee juice
4 to 5 slices of lime; 4 sprigs of mint
60 ml vodka; 1/2 coconut
Method:
Pour all in a tall glass with four cubes of ice.

Land’s End Sunrise
Ingredients:
30 ml peach and apricot crush; 60 ml tequila
15 ml pineapple juice, Sprite
Method:
Pour peach and apricot crush in a glass full of ice. Add tequila and pineapple juice, top with Sprite.

Mango Caipovicha
Ingredients:
fresh mango
5-6 lemon wedges
1 tsp demerara sugar
2 tsp white sugar
60 ml Finlandia Mango
crushed ice
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together.

Spicy Queen
Ingredients:
40 ml of Chivas Regal; 10 ml of home-made caramel syrup
15 ml Crème de Fige; 1 Bailey Chilli muddled
1/2 squeeze of lime
Method: Top it with crushed ice.

Cranpiroshka
Ingredients:
2 oz Finlandia cranberry vodka; 10-12 lime chunks, mint leaves; demerara sugar, cranberry juice
Method:
Crush the sugar and the mint with the lime chunks, with a mullet. Place the mixture in an old fashioned glass. Cover with crushed ice. Fill the vodka, cranberry juice and serve.

Roxane
Ingredients:
1 oz vodka, 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
1/2 oz amaretto, Cranberry and Orange juice
Method:
Put ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well. Strain into a shot glass.

Ingredients:
40 ml of infused Cardamom Premium Vodka
3-4 chunks of William Pear
10 ml of Pear Schnapps
1/2 squeeze of lime

Kiwi And
Raspberry Slush
The indefinable sweet-tart flavour of kiwi and the sharp tangy kick of raspberry combine wonderfully to make this a drink to wake up all the senses.
Ingredients:
2 scoops kiwi sorbet; 1 scoop raspberry sorbet
1/2 cup chilled water; Kiwi slices, to decorate
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process on a low speed until combined. Serve in a tall glass, decorate with slices of kiwi.

American Cream Soda
This classic American soda, but with a creamy texture and the heady scent of vanilla.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp heavy cream; 1 to 2 tsp sugar or corn syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract, soda; 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
Topping: whipped cream (optional); maraschino cherries
Method: Place the heavy cream, sugar syrup and vanilla extract in the bottom of a tall soda glass. Fill the glass three-quarters full with soda and stir. Add the ice-cream and top up with more soda. Top with whipped cream (if using) and decorate with a maraschino cherry.

Peaches And Cream
The addition of a peach liqueur gives a little kick to this delightfully refreshing shake.
Ingredients: 1/2 can peach halves; 1/2 cup whole milk
1 1/2 scoop vanilla ice-cream; 3 tbsp peach liqueur
Topping: 1 scoop vanilla or peach ice-cream and peach slices.
Method: Puree the peach halves with about 1/4 cup juice until smooth. Pour about one-quarter of the puree into a jug and set aside. Add the milk, 1 1/2 scoops of ice-cream, and the peach liqueur. Process until smooth. Pour into the glass and top with the remaining scoop of ice-cream. Drizzle the reserved peach puree over the ice-cream and decorate the glass with peach slices.
